- A two night minimum stay is required for all cottage rentals.
- All cottage rentals require a one night (room and tax) advance deposit to be made at the time of the reservation. The reservation will not be confirmed until the deposit is received.
- Stay 6 nights and receive the 7th night free.
- All cottage reservations must be canceled 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date to receive a full refund of the advance deposit. If canceled less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded only if the cottage is re-booked for the entire period of the reservation.
- Summer rate applies Christmas week, Thanksgiving week, Labor Day weekend and Spring Break.
- Room tax is not included in the prices above.
- All Cottages are smoke-free, and unfortunately pets are not allowed.
- Amenities at Overleaf Lodge are not included with Overleaf Cottage Rentals. Spa day passes and other services can be booked for an additional fee.
