The Amanda cottage was inspired by the legend of Amanda, a blind Coos Tribe woman who suffered injustices during the 1860’s relocation years. Named in her honor, an Amanda statue veiled in Weeping Cherry and surrounded with Baby’s Tears resides near the cottage door.

Nestled amongst Sitka spruce and Shore pine, Amanda Cottage is the quintessential ocean-side vacation home. The cottage offers beautiful ocean views from nearly every room. Furnished with an eye towards casual, but tasteful, beach décor, this spacious cottage has windows galore, a light and airy kitchen, and cozy living room featuring a river rock fireplace. The tranquil upstairs master bedroom is the perfect place to idle away the afternoon while gazing at the sunset while soaking in the ocean-view Jacuzzi, or watching the sun rise from your comfortable king sized bed.

The charming 1st floor bedroom is conveniently situated near the second bathroom, which offers a shower and whirlpool tub. A full length cedar deck fronts the ocean, and provides plenty of space to gather or simply relax while watching the waves.

Overleaf Lodge & Spa amenities are not included with this rental, but a spa day pass is available for purchase from the spa website. Guests will receive a credit card authorization form to be completed within 24 hours to guarantee their online reservation. An advance deposit for one night, room and tax, is required at the time of reservation.
